30ml Jameson Original
90ml ginger ale
1 wedge of lime
Fill a high ball glass with ice and pour in a shot of Jameson. Top up the glass with a good quality ginger ale and stir briefly to mix.
Take a large wedge of lime, give it a squeeze and drop it into the glass
30ml Bowmore 14YO
125ml White Grape & Apricot Soda
20ml Peach syrup
15ml Lemon
1 dash Peach bitters
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour in 30ml Bowmore 14YO.
Dash in the peach bitters.
Top up with 125ml white grape & apricot soda.
Stir gently to combine the flavors.
Garnish with a peach slice or lemon wheel for a refined touch.
60ml the singleton golden autumn orchard
5ml hazelnut liqueur
1 barspoon honey syrup*
3 dashes chocolate bitter
Stir the drink over ice until chilled and diluted, strain into a rocks glass with cubed or block ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
